Our goal with this Behavior Challenge is to illustrate the need to shift the focus AWAY from ‘TRAINING’ to the REAL issues at hand = human behavior & WELFARE problems and how meeting your dog’s needs is MORE important than training.”

Every month, from March 2024, we will focus on a common behavior issue on social media and offer a
BEHAVIOR CHALLENGE PACKAGE
FOR MAX. 4 CLIENTS PER BEHAVIOR ISSUE PER MONTH!
How it works:
The Behavior challenge:
In the course of 3 in-home (or Zoom) sessions, you will receive in-person coaching, tools, and homework to help with your dog’s behavior issue. If you do your homework and follow our instructions and recommendations, you should experience relief and improvement within these 3 sessions. (PLEASE NOTE: This does not mean the issue will be ‘fixed’ in just 3 sessions but you will have tools to continue the good progress!)
Each month, we will pick 1 winner who has worked the hardest trying to help their dog navigate life better.
The winner will receive a $50 VISA gift card plus the chance to come on my podcast, The Dog Training Unplugged Podcast, and share their journey.
The winner will be interviewed for the Podcast on Zoom by Vivi - but only the audio of this interview will be recorded for the podcast. As a winner, you can opt out of appearing on the podcast, or choose to be anonymous, if you prefer.
If you choose to not be interviewed for the podcast, we kindly ask that you leave an honest review of your experience doing this Behavior Challenge.

To qualify for our Behavior Challenge Package you must:
Live in Charleston SC (Downtown, North Charleston, Mt. Pleasant, Daniel island, Summerville, Cane Bay, Moncks Corner, James island, John’s Island) to be eligible for in-home sessions
Live in the United States. If you live outside Charleston SC, sessions will take place on Zoom.
Be willing and able to sign our Service Agreement electronically
Be willing to be interviewed for our podcast OR write an honest review of your experience doing this challenge.
Be committed to helping your dog and doing the homework
Speak, read, and understand fluent English
Be able to schedule the 3 in-home (or Zoom) sessions within the parameter of 1 month.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR DOG (OR DOGS) ARE EXHIBITING VERY AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR TOWARDS STRANGERS IN THE HOME, OR HAS A BITE HISTORY, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR THIS BEHAVIOR CHALLENGE. INSTEAD, WE RECOMMEND ONE OF OUR REHABILITATION BEHAVIOR PROGRAMS.
To qualify for an interview to our podcast you must:
Be willing and able to sign a ‘Podcast Guest Release Form’ electronically
Have access to a fast, reliable WI-FI connection
Have a reliable computer or laptop with a decent webcam and a good microphone (or a smartphone with a good microphone)
Have used Zoom before and know how to join a Zoom meeting
Be able to set aside time for the interview (approx. 30 - 60 mins)
Be able to find a quiet, undisturbed location in your home
